Neil is the Director of Project Eleven Construction Services and Project Eleven Recruitment, rebranded as Fortis Recruit in 2019.
After experiencing the construction recruitment industry, both as a client and candidate for over 30 years, Neil recognised the dire need to combine both the practical 'on the tools' knowledge and senior recruitment skills of the construction industry, to provide a service he was passionate and proud to put his name and reputation behind.
Neil’s expert technical knowledge, vast and varied experience and management and leadership skills are highly sought after and invaluable in the Construction Industry. As a Chartered construction professional, multi award-winning Project Manager for major PLC and SME developers, NHBC Inspector and in the early days, a bricklayer, Neil has developed his skills from the ground up, literally!

In his personal life, you'll either find Neil strolling through the Suffolk countryside with his Black Labradors, Nori (named after the ex-Yamaha bike racer Noriyuki Haga) and Diesel or tearing up the green lanes on his Gas Gas Enduro bike with his pals. He is a light-hearted and silly soul who's also partial to a pint of Adnam’s finest!
